In the case needed further handling and protection of industrial pavements TAL M, it is recommended the layer of epoxy compounds from the programme KEMAPOX. Specially suitable and easy to use is the epoxy coating KEMAPOX FINAL that is steam-tight und so suitable for moisture foundations. Surface after the handling get׳s shiny and it is easy to clean, and the pavement is having an increased chemical resistance. KEMAPOX FINAL can be colourless, with that we keep the colour respectively the texture of pavements TAL M, and it is possible to be carried out in all standard RAL colour tones.

The process:

• surface of pavement is getting fine grinded and fine parts are suctioned away
• the grounding of the surface is carried out with KEMAPOX FINAL, that is diluted with water at a quantity of 15 %; put on with roller
• on the next day the final layer of  KEMAPOX FINAL is made with a roller

Industrial pavements belong among one of the demanding constructions. Before preparing the offer it is needed to solve many details in a project (connections with construction, shafts, kinete, work and other connections, if necessary made a static calculation of the board compared with the actual scheme of pavement, foreseen burdening and condition floor/relief), preparing suitable prescription of concrete (to determine suitable additives with consideration of weather conditions, characteristics of available cement and aggregate, the way of building in and the distance of concrete production building) to organize current delivery and building in of concrete/pavement and to determine the way of care of pavement that was build in.
